WHAT DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email. This will include a courier tracking number. Please find our full returns policy within our Customer Service section.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to the speed of which orders are sent out, we are unable to accept any changes to an order once it has been placed.

I DIDN'T ADD A DISCOUNT CODE, CAN I DO SO NOW?
Once you have placed your order, we wouldn't be able to add or amend any discount codes to your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you wish to return your purchase, you have 28 days from purchase to send your return back to us. We offer free returns to those in the UK. For more information please visit our Delivery & Returns page.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once your order has been finalised we are unable to accept any cancellations. Please refer to our returns policy for any information on returning your purchase.
