RETURNS
Christmas Extended Returns:
Any purchases made online between 4th November and 24th December 2024 can be returned as late as 17th January 2025.
For purchases made from 25th December 2024 onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 28 days from purchase to send your return back to us. To make it easier for you, we offer free returns to those in the UK.
If for any reason you can't use our returns portal, if you need to return an item, please package this up and send it to:

The Returns Process
1. Package up your un used return (see our Returns Policy below for more information)
2. Post it back to us either using the above address or via the new returns portal. (If live)
3. Once we have received your return, we'll process the parcel and you will receive a notification via email.
4. All successful returns will be issued a refund via the original payment method used. Please note, refund can take up to 10 working days to be processed (although we like to be much quicker than that!) and payments can take a furher 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

*Please note that UK returns are now free however international returns costs will need to be covered by yourself
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes what you've ordered just isn't what you want, or maybe you're looking for a new size or style, so we've made it as simple as possible for you to make your return. Pretty good really, eh?
We happily accept returned items that are in their original condition, subject to the item/s being returned to us as per the rules below, please note these rules don’t affect your statutory rights:
- Returns are packaged correctly and sent to the correct address, either provided above or via one of our delivery partners via the portal.
- Returns need to also have the originals tags on the products as per received
- You return your item within 28 days of purchase. We'll likely extend this around Christmas and key periods - so keep an eye out for special updates then!
- We understand that you're going to want to try on your items, but please note we can only accept returns that are in a sellable condition. We are unable to accept any returns which are damaged, worn, stained or in an unsuitable condition.
If you've received a product in this condition, please raise it with Customer Care within 14 days of ordering.
Please ensure you are not wearing makeup, deodorant, perfume/aftershave or tanning lotions when trying on your new items. All items are inspected upon return, if an item is deemed unsuitable to accept as a return we may have to return this item back to your default delivery address. There are a few items which we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons, if we are unable to accept this item back to ourselves this will be listed in the product description.
